Sally Dickson founded the Farnham Flash Fiction competition in 2017 as part of the Farnham Fringe Festival and is proud this event is part of the Farnham Literary Festival. Having judged hundreds of entries, she is passionate about promoting flash fiction as a powerful, accessible art form.

Each year she publishes an anthology of the LonglIsted entries to the Farnham Flash Fiction competition, and Sally is the author of three self-help books for writers: ‘How to Write Flash Fiction to Win Competitions’, ‘How to Use AI to Improve Your Flash Fiction’, and ‘How to Write Genre Flash Fiction’.
