The Farnham Literary Festival was established in 2022, born from a desire to celebrate the written and spoken word and showcase Farnham as a vibrant centre for literature, creativity and culture.
“Frensham Heights School is a progressive independent day and boarding school for children aged 3 to 18, set within 120 acres of Surrey countryside, just outside Farnham. Founded in 1925, the school is built on a belief in individuality, creativity and the power of education to help young people discover who they are and their place in the world. We encourage students to be curious, courageous and engaged with the world around them, developing a lifelong love of learning alongside strong academic, creative and personal growth. As a long-standing part of the Farnham community, we are delighted to support the Farnham Literary Festival and its mission to inspire curiosity, conversation and a love of reading among people of all ages.”

Lucy is an illustrator and designer passionate about finding fresh perspectives in everyday life. Inspired by the beauty of collaged textures and shapes, her work aims to feel human and imperfect.
She predominantly works in black and white to enhance texture and contrast but is keen to add a bold and bright impact with colour when suited.

“We’re Ellie and Jon, the husband-and-wife duo behind talbot.graphics. We’re both from Farnham and have always called it home, so we love being able to work with the people, businesses and organisations in our local community. From visual identities and marketing communications to print and exhibitions, we do a bit of everything design-wise. We’ve been lucky enough to recently work with organisations such as the National Trust, Surrey Hills National Landscape, Farnham Maltings, Farnham Town Council and Leightons Opticians. We’re excited to be designing the brochure again this year for Farnham Literary Festival.”
