Horsham-based Lights & Bushels Theatre Company are delighted to present My Second Best Bed by Barry Syder. This one act play explores the possible reasons for Shakespeare’s now infamous and much-debated bequest to his wife Anne Hathaway. We meet Shakespeare’s daughters – and Anne herself – as a stranger visits the house in Stratford to formally read the will. Running time: 45mins.
